Bois de Boulogne

Paris's great western forest — more than twice the size of New York's Central Park. Lakes with rowing boats, the Pré Catelan and the Bagatelle rose garden, two racecourses, the family Jardin d'Acclimatation and Frank Gehry's Fondation Louis Vuitton. A vast green escape on the edge of the city.
